Dr. Vladislav Šćepanović is a Serbian painter, art theorist, and university professor, born in 1971. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje in 1994 and earned his PhD in Art Theory and Media in 2009. He currently serves as the Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Montenegro and as a Full Professor of Drawing and Painting at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade.
